We can specify, install and configure appropriate firewall solutions based on your company's size, current network infrastructure and communications requirements.  We re-sell NetGear, Symantec and Cisco ( in that level of sophistication) firewall products.  These products, while the protect the internal network also enable secure office to office, or home to office communication for multiple branches or remote computing.

System Backups

Mission critical process and data should be available as close to 100% of the time as is economically feasible, and should be protected 100% of the time.  Transactional data (orders, sales, etc) should be stored both in the main data store and in a backup site at the time of the transaction.  Facilities, processes and procedures need also be implemented for backing up critical ad-hoc documents.  We can assist in defining and implementing all of these requirements, usually using existing infrastructure.  If necessary, we can provide access to facilities at our site for your backup and redundant systems.

Disaster Recovery

The principles of disaster recovery we apply to our enterprise clients transmit directly to our small and mid sized businesses with little if any modifications.  The site surveys and remediation plans are identical.  The major difference is that small business are likely to avail themselves of shared services on our server farm for their backup needs than are enterprise level companies.
